How to place an order

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Claims for items missing or damaged in transit must be received within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. To make a return, you must send an email to flipshoprm@gmail.com requesting the return of the order and the reason; after which the label will be sent for collection of the goods.
Once received by our warehouse and checked for integrity*, the refund/size exchange will be processed.
Do you remember:
  • Please place your item in the original packaging and/or a sturdy box.
  • The return must be adequately packaged to protect it from damage during transport. If the items arrive damaged the return will not be accepted.
  • Insert the return sheet provided together with the courier's waybill
  • Any damage or shipping stickers applied to the original packaging during shipping will affect your return and may result in higher restocking costs for the item.
CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE OR FOR NOT COMPLYING WITH OUR RETURN POLICY.
*integrity means that the item is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with appropriate security tags applied, otherwise we will not be able to process the refund!
