How can I track my order?

Once received, the order will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipping by our team, subsequently entrusted to the courier.
Once collected from it, you will receive an email with tracking to follow the progress of the package in real time.
Alternatively, you can track your order on our website by going to the order tracking section.

How can I return my order?

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Claims for items missing or damaged in transit must be received within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.

To make a return , you must send an email to resi@flipshop.it requesting the return of the order and the reason; after which the label will be sent for collection of the goods. Once received by our warehouse and checked for integrity, the refund/size change will be processed.

Do you remember:

  • Please place your item in the original packaging and/or a sturdy box.
  • The return must be adequately packaged to protect it from damage during transport. If the items arrive damaged, the return will not be accepted.
  • Insert the return sheet provided together with the courier's waybill.
  • Any damage or shipping stickers applied to the original packaging during shipping will affect your return and may result in higher restocking costs for the item.

CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE OR FOR NOT COMPLYING WITH OUR RETURN POLICY.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once we have received the order, we will proceed with packaging and shipping, which can take up to a maximum of 24/48 hours.
Shipping times vary depending on the courier chosen during the checkout phase.

If you have chosen the CronoExpress service, the package will arrive in 24-48 hours!
